Bacon Cheeseburger, hold the bacon

So Chritmas was the usual.....lots of presents, lots of food and complete family chaos. Mom made her famous peanut brittle and my completely untechnological father tried to work his new mini dell computer( we have named it the "dell pad".....just like an iPad but not), this is a man who barely knows how to turn on the DVD player...it was quite entertaining to get him all geared up. Of course the women were at the kitchen table catching up on all the gossip or family drama. My nephew got a zombie lab game where you make brains and eyes, it looks really gross! What happenes to games like Guess Who, and twister? So the next day we ventured over to moms house again and decided to go see my cousin who is crazy and moved the week before Christmas so we all went to go see her new house, and of course the twin baby girls!!! After the chit chat and the showing of the new house and B's new toys and new room, We decided to go to Chili's for dinner because we were all starving and about to kill each other we were so hungry. This was not a good night for Chilis! After sitting there for about 30 minutes without having a waiter or waitress greet us and get out drink order we finally asked the girls cleaning off the table behind us. One gave a vey rude " I dont know who yout waitress is." Well, hmmmm, let me think about this, you work here and I dont, so I would think you should know. And as a hostess, why would you seat people at a table that doesnt have anyone working at it. But once again, I admit I am not the smartest person in the world. After we finally got a waitress, our drinks and some appetizers, the table behind us had a family full and one of the young girls, she was probably about 14, ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but without the bacon. Now i may not be the worlds smartest person , but wouldnt that mean that you just want a regular cheeseburger??! I couldnt help myself and i chuckled, quite loudly, and so did the waitress. I mean i understand this girl was young, but she is old enough to know the difference!! Come on.
